The mission of Milkha Singh Educational Institute is to make quality education affordable and accessible to the community, to provide leadership in workforce training and support the economic development of the region presuming that education & development are closely related as brought about by UNESCO as this region being the most educationally backward area. 63% of the population is totally illiterate. Institutional Goals: • To create the responsible citizens sensibly sensitive to their environment. • To provide access to education without the limits of time, place, and distance. • To provide Quality Education without any discrimination. • To make the B.
